Experience:
Mr. Roberts' current practice includes representation of creditors,
debtors and trustees in bankruptcy related matters. He also represents
clients in real estate sale and purchase transactions, civil
litigation, and general business matters. Mr. Roberts is a chapter
7 panel trustee for the Western District of Texas, Austin Division.
He has also served as a court-appointed chapter 11 trustee, receiver,
and examiner on various occasions.
